The Community Shala presents Community Calm.
This is a regular, monthly community nervous system reset and guided relaxation session. Held on the first Thursday of every month in the Sorting Office at Haverhub, Haverfordwest. Free and paid places are available, please check out our tiered pricing options to choose the most suitable ticket for your circumstances.
