WELCOME TO THE COMMUNITY SHALA
In Sanskrit, shala can mean home or dwelling but it is also seen as a spiritual place we come home to within ourselves as well as the heart and home of a community.
We hope that our Shala will become a community wellbeing hub that brings together trusted practitioners, community organisations and accessible wellbeing practices, to help people find better health, wellbeing and resilience.
Our vision is to grow this connected community into a physical wellbeing centre to become a welcoming home where people can access support, connect with others and explore their own path to holistic wellbeing.

Facilitating safe spaces
Our mission is to provide safe trauma-informed spaces for people wanting to explore a journey towards healing, spiritual growth and embodied mindfulness.
